Our 60th Annual Diocesan Conference will be held Saturday, October 7, and Sunday, October 8, 2023, hosted by St Nicholas Cathedral in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
This year, we are honored to welcome a special guest to our Conference. Joining us will be the Primate of the Orthodox Church in America, His Beatitude, Metropolitan Tikhon.

DELEGATE CERTIFICATION
In compliance with our Diocesan Constitution, each Parish will be represented by "the priests and deacons of each Parish, and an equal number of lay persons from each Parish." (Article VI, Section 2) The delegate PDF can be downloaded below.
Please print your DELEGATE CERTIFICATION then complete it and mail it together with your parish's registration fee of $300.00 postmarked no later than Monday, August 28, 2023.

You can find a link to our online parish report form below. Parish rectors, please submit your reports by September 9, 2022. This is the only reporting that parishes will need to produce for the Conference.
Monastic communities are not required to submit reports. You are, however, most welcome to do so if you choose, to keep our diocesan family up to date with your community life.

11:00am -Conference Registration, Bruch, & Keynote Presentation
1:00pm -Break
